I agree with this! I prefer being busy as I'm more likely to get stuff done afterwards if I'm already in that mindset. I know when I was still working in the lab, if there was an experiment I had to do, I would go and start it as soon as I came in in the morning. If I sat at the computer and messed around for a bit first, then I wouldn't feel like doing anything for the rest of the day. :( But of course if you have some very busy days then you also feel like you need a break afterwards.
