That's what's so hard about getting any job these days. To get a job, you need "experience." Not all college classes provide said "experience" every job wants from you. So how do they expect anyone new to come into the field without prior hands-on experience? It makes it nearly impossible to even get taken into consideration. That's something these jobfields need to start understanding. You can only do so much without getting that first job. Even with that job you need certain specifications. Then it's good to make friends in that job to make sure they know you and can be used as references for future jobs. Getting as much training as possible in that job is also good. so if it's possible. Try talking to your bosses as see how you can branch out and do more. That way it's only more towards future resumes.

Thing is we all know us not that simple anymore. Neo can attest to that
