It's better if you keep it vague. Something like "online community administrator and director" sounds quite good. If you need further details, you could mention things like "event planning and management, task director and staff manager, and site developer and content creator." Heck, I've heard of someone using their experiences as a World of Warcraft raid leader as leadership experience. No joke, I'm sure it takes a lot of planning, discussion, and coordination to do that! Not to mention you need people skills for something like that. Who says you can't apply those same skills on the job?
And yeah, I've been feeling lag spikes also. Hopefully it's nothing major.
