Awesome, I'm glad that fixed the issue!

Could be for a number of reasons. I have a feeling some kind of background process was running at the same time and that might have been slowing things down.

I know from experience that whenever I get a lag spike either on my phone or my computer, that's usually the reason. Sometimes things like to auto-update in the background and they sometimes pick a bad time to do it. :c

Yeah, I'm not an IT guru either. If something goes buggy, I just hope and pray turning it off and turning it back on again does the trick.

My brother, on the other hand, knows how to do a lot of crazy IT configuration stuff. There's been times when my computer flushed its head down the toilet and he fixed it up nicely like he was some kind of IT archmage.

Haha it's always useful knowing a computer whiz. Some of my friends work in IT but I would feel bad bugging them for help. xD Luckily I've been able to solve most of my own issues myself with the help of Google haha.
