Uhh I think you got it a bit mixed up there. It's O- that's the universal donor. I would know I am one because when I donated blood for the first time about a month ago they tried to sign me up for red blood cell donations, which only O- can give because they're universal donors. I couldn't do it because I didn't weigh enough but if you're a universal donor then you're O- not O+. Common mistake.
I wasn't that bad after giving blood. I was just really like out of it until the next day. It was like I was on the goofy gas they give you when you get your wisdom teeth out but not as bad. Like I mistook a blind kid for someone walking a dog and it took me a few minutes of just staring at them to realize it was a blind kid.
