So they want good grades, past volunteering experiences, and sociability. The more popular you are the more likely to get in you'll be. I have zero idea why I didn't get in because no one can tell me. If I had to make a guess, it's either I don't have enough connections or people vouching for me inside the sorority, or I'm too smart. The key is they want people that make good grades but aren't more on the cerebral side like I am.
