Happy Friday the 13th everyone!

My day started off swell by being a bit late for work and waking up to realize I needed to empty the dishwasher. Not something I was prepared for time-wise.

The office was a ghost town, also. Meh, probably could have worked from home today but I don't want to abuse that privilege too much.
oh man kinda like my day. I've been in a great mood! Except everyone else seemed like they were in a bad mood. Aside from a select few. Work started out good, but then we were about to open and...we have 3 people (typically up front) call in. So the front of the store was severely understaffed. I went on break and treat my dad to some coffee while I had a snack. Work got really crazy later on after that. So crazy that they needed me to stay longer. They asked of course, but I told them I didn't mind (even though my pain medicine was wearing off and I could tell already). So needless to say, the store was really busy while the staff just wasn't really there. Luckily I've got 5 days off now :)

And to think....I was thinking of calling in today too :3 they would've been hurting so much more. Glad I didn't
