Yeah I just don't understand it. They tell me one thing then do the complete opposite. I'm really reeeeeeaaaaally hoping to find a new job asap. But getting benefits for insurance it a very important thing as well. Oh and don't worry. I'll be going to the appointment anyway. I'll just leave work early. I shouldn't have to use sick time, but I'm just gonna do it. Oh and I'm the one that handles the store's safety walk (the inspection to make sure everything is set to the guidelines. They told me I would still be coming in early to do those. So I'd keep the 5am-1pm on Monday's. Buuuuut guess what I work tomorrow? Yup! Not 5am! And I can already garuntee that if I ask about even doing it. I'll get a weird look followed by a "make it quick." Which by her definition of quick means less than an hour which is IMPOSSIBLE. If you expect to have the safety walk done in an hour. Expect it done half-assed with many errors and questions. When the audit report inspector comes and sees that and questions it. Hohoho, don't expect me not to call you out for it. Cause it will NOT come down on just me. I can garuntee you that! With the evidence I have on it I'd more than surely be safe cause it's not my fault. It's theirs for not giving me the time like they said they would

Get this. The store's safety walk used to be super super important. The co-worker that used to handle it before me. I told her about all this and she is just so surprised. She tells me how with her they were always on her about it. Making sure it got done EVERY Monday. It was done to the MARK. If anything was not done properly, if it wasn't sent off that day, if anything about it wasn't done right. She would get written up. Now? I can ask about it and they look at me like it's some game or stupid question to want to even make sure it's done or done correctly. It's just fricken ridiculous and most my co-workers agree. I just can't wait to go there and get the day over most days now.
