If I could capture even 5 of these ill be happy, lucky for us Shiny Ditto and Shiny Mew are things you can obtain from the research and event tasks

I'm sorry to hear that you're both having that issue. I honestly think the need to just open up trading. The way it is now is garbage

Yeah I gave up on the trade quests aside from trading the 3 for the shiny Ditto. I've got that and working on getting the shiny Mew. All while keeping my eyes open for Mewtwo raids in hope of a shiny.
