    I always love the the look of pavlova, and my mother makes seem mean mini ones, but I can't get too on board with them because I don't really like meringue. Taste is fine; texture is not.

    Apart from that, I'm not huge on sweet lemon, although that's not to say I won't eat it.

    Because cake is awesome, and I will eat all cake.
