But seriously, I have a huge problem with insomnia. Not only do I have a lot of trouble falling asleep (I usually have to knock myself out with Benadryl LOL), I also have an issue with early-morning waking. When I finally fall asleep, I begin waking up around 4:00 am, and continually wake up every hour or so and fall back asleep until it's time to wake up. Sometimes I go to bed at 7 pm, other times I don't hit the hay until 3 or 4 am. Sometimes I take several naps and still fall asleep early, and other times I don't sleep all day and crash pretty late.
