Social Media Habits

I am curious about everyone's social media habits:

What types of social media do you engage in? (e.g. forums, facebook, twitter, snapchat, etc.)
How much time do you spend on social media? Is this more or less time than you spend socializing offline?
Do you continuously use social media? Do you ever take breaks from social media? What prompts these breaks, and do you return?
Etc.

I am way behind the curve on any social media platform that came after Facebook. Forums, albeit old-school, are probably my favorite form of social media. I used to be very active on forums, but these days (last 10 years or so) I am not active at all. I probably spend an hour a day on social media, mostly lurking Facebook. I rarely post, and I'm mostly looking for news/recent events with some perspective added by others. I more-or-less daily browse social media approximately this amount, unless I get busy and forget to click around online for a week to a month.

I do a little bit of Facebook and Twitter. Not all that much, though. I also use LinkedIn, but that's only because most people in professions use it. Otherwise, it's honestly pretty bland and boring.

Some of my friends and family are really into Facebook, though.

I have a Facebook but that's the only social media I use besides forums. And I pretty much never post anything on it. xD I rarely comment on other people's stuff. And if I'm bored and have my phone, I might scroll through and see what people are up to like a creepy stalker. But that is all. I'm pretty private and don't really like broadcasting things. xD

I use Facebook and Instagram often, as well as LinkedIn and Twitter rarely. I mainly use Twitter and Instagram for music-related posts.

I've had all of them and then deleted a lot of them! I check Twitter every day, but I don't really use the rest any more. I go on Facebook once a day but I mainly just use it for messaging, and post to Instagram maybe once a week now. I use Snapchat to talk to my friends. I'm just too busy for it right at this second.

I'm on twitter, tumblr, and facebook. I barely do anything on facebook and twitter. On tumblr I just reblog silly things and that's pretty much it. I prefer forums for interacting with people.

Facebook, PXR, and recently signed up to Instagram. Used to use Deviantart more, but don't really anymore. I had a twitter for my games course but I don't use it. I used tumblr like once and made a second account after forgetting I made the first one. xD (Then didn't use it.)

PXR, Youtube all day every day, Smashboards, Smogon. That's about it. I used to use twitter a bit, but that sorta faded for me. I use Twitch every now and then to watch a Melee tournie.

Mostly it is YouTube and PXR with a little SB/Smog mixup.
