It's more of a running gag than a meme. In Cards Against Humanity someone made an entire pack with all white cards saying "MichaelXD" so hilarity such as this ensued:

I hadn't even been promoted to a mod for long before I started hearing from him......actually. Now that I think of it. I remember getting a message from him BEFORE I became a mod too. I just ignored it since I couldn't look into it more or ask really. Could probably make a category "most likely to become their own story" or something xD. Could make it a parody.

MXD definitely deserves his own catagory. Most annoying? Memorable? Most Likely to get shot because he doesn't have a filter? Most Likely To Buy A Clown, sounds about right
