Next International will be in Australia

Championship Points hunters better get ready for a brawl down under!
Pokemon has announced the next International for the TCG and VGC. The Oceania International Championships will take place in Melbourne, Australia on the weekend of March 10–12, 2017 at the Melbourne Park Function Centre.
The TCG competition will be in the Standard format and will include the upcoming Sun & Moon expansion.
Meanwhile, the VGC will be battling using Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon.
We saw a huge turnout for the European Internationals. Players from all over the world came to compete in that competition with an American winning the TCG competition. Will we see the same thing happen for the Oceania International?
Best of luck to everybody who plan to attend!

I'LL GO. Just to see stuff and get out of the house. xD But yeah, I'm awful at competitive battling so I won't participate or anything.

The applause, applause, applause~
If this is anything like the Nationals of the past, this event should be fun to at least go and watch. The energy there is amazing. You can go watch the battles on the big screen. If you feel a little battle itch then go ahead enter one of the side events. They cost a little money but mostly affordable for those who want to have fun.
If you know how to play the TCG a little bit then you can see if they will do some draft/prerelease format tournament where they give you a prerelease kit and let you build a 40 card deck. Those are always fun to do.
