    New Years Resolutions

Have any? Have you ever actually followed up on any?

I never make them because I think they're kinda pointless. xD If anything, my resolutions are just my regular goals, which aren't really resolutions. Lel.

I never usually give myself any because I never stick to them at all, but this year, I've set myself a few little ones that I've been wanting to do for a while and I'm hoping I can stick to those.
    Mine are:
    - To do more art and try and practise more so I can perfect as much as I can.
    - To try and be more active on here and try to do more stuff in Artist's Easel.
    - To be more social and outgoing at uni.

I feel like these three can be done and I have already started the first one and to an extent that means the second too because doing more art means I will be on here more and be more inspired to try and figure out more stuff to do in Artist's Easel. The last one I want to do mainly because I feel like I have wasted my first semester. I haven't really done much other than go to uni then go back to my room and watch films with my girlfriend so it would be nice if we do more stuff in our free time and try and hang out with more people.
Fingers crossed I can stick to these but I doubt it. haha.

Feel free to check out my Instagram for design and art stuffs

I quit making them because I never keep up with them and you don't really need a new year to make them. You can make them all year round.

My main one right now is to try harder on my studies, because I can't get myself to legitimately try anymore. I mostly get by anyway, so...
Let's face it, though - I'm too chill to actually tryhard like I'm planning to.

I stuck to my one last year which was to start flossing! XD Now I floss twice a day and it's just become part of my routine! I can't imagine not doing it, it seems so gross not to now! xD

A couple years ago my resolution was to read 100 books that year, and I managed that too. :D

I'm not sure what to do this year. I'll probably try and come up with something.

I haven't come up with any quite yet. In the past, I'm made mine "try to stop swearing," but I very rarely swear to begin with. I do feel like I need a better exercise routine. Only working out once a week probably isn't enough.

Wow, a hundred books in one year!? Holy smokes, I'm impressed. That's like one book every three and a half days!

I'm wondering, did you master a speed-reading course or one of those things to help with that?

This should be mine since the last time I went to the dentist they kinda scared me into it. xD But I only floss once a day.

I generally don't make NY resolutions because I have a bad habit of not sticking to them.

Exercising is probably a good one. I should probably do something like that. I'd love to play team sports but none of my friends are interested.

Yeah it was a bit crazy. I basically just spent all my free time reading (and on PXR) that year. xD I went to the library every week to get new books. It was pretty fun, actually. I've never done a speed reading course, but I've always been a very fast reader, which definitely helped. I can easily knock out a 300 page book in one sitting if it's interesting. If I actually sit down to read, then I can do it for hours, so I could knock out 2-3 books in a day sometimes, and then none for the rest of the week haha. I think it's a pretty cool resolution if you like reading, even if you start off a bit smaller depending on how fast you read, what kinda books you like reading and how much time you have! It saves you from sitting around being bored or not knowing what to do cos you always have some reading to do. :D
