I feel as though some of these - like the dragonfruit, spider monkey, lava pigs and flower creature - can easily be saved for later generations, much like how Shellos and Gastrodon were originally going to be Gen III Pokémon. Others, like Pikipek's original evolutions and the rock tiki, may have more difficulty due to being similar to existing Pokémon. The Alolan forms are either going to be reused if the mechanic of regional variation ever returns, or probably left abandoned. I did really like all of these though, and I'm hoping that at the very least Turtonator's pre-evolution returns, alongside one for Drampa.
