Completely Random And Pointless (Quest)

So here's the deal lads and ladess', I'm going to run an adventure wherein there will be multiple choices. One of those choices will be sudden death, while the rest will advance you to the next round. Each time will be a completely nonsensical choice set so it'll always be something unusual.
