Try targeting mods if you want because they're gonna have to respond. ;3 And if they don't...REPORT THEM. Not really. xD

You could literally make a thread saying "Who wants to be friends" and that would be perfectly fine. cx I just bother everyone which seems to work. xD

If I was gonna send some I would be targeting the people who only have a one or two xD That's probably why you get to a certain amount and then it tapers off unless you are Xanthe.
