Valentine’s Event for Pokemon GO

I hope you love getting candy because you are going to get that and more for Valentine’s Day!

Pokemon GO will be having a Valentine’s Event starting today. This event will run until February 15th!
During this event, all candy gains from hatching, catching, and transferring Pokemon will be doubled. Also, your Buddy Pokemon will be showing you some extra love by doubling the candy they will find.
There will also be an increase of Chansey, Clefable, Porygon, and others during the event. If you want baby Pokemon then you are in luck. Baby Pokemon like Cleffa, Igglybuff, and Smoochum are going to be hatching from eggs more often during the event.
Lastly, Lure Modules will be attracting Pokemon for 6 hours when they are set up. That means you will have plenty of time to bring Pokemon to you!

Yes...

Honestly, it was amazing when it first released. I couldn't put the game down. However, after the initial tracking issues, I slowly began to stop playing. It just became frustrating to pinpoint Pokemon, especially since the original system was so useful. I also didn't appreciate the hacking that went into the game. I felt like no matter how many hours I invested into the game, someone else in the world was getting better through cheating.

I don't know. I'm not too into it anymore, but maybe the release of Gen 2 could spark my interest again.

I agree! I'd be fine with a few mini-games! I'd actually love it if Niantic would add a friends list and a battle feature, that way you can add different people you come across and can challenge them to a battle from home. I think that would be so awesome.
