And did 11 though i have definitly done 30 in the past
about 3 on a good day! i dont know really havent done one in years. i can lift 20'' wheels with reiinforced tyres over my head tho so i got the power i need for my job. have caught more than a few with my face though :D

Well I'm probably the lowest posting active member. All a part of my brilliant strategy to make the few things i post seem good!
15 or 20 probably now, I used to be able to do a lot more, but I was fairly active when I was younger, I can lift a slice of pizza to my face quite a few times though XD
Yeah I think it's easy to overestimate with this sort of thing. xD They're definitely harder than I thought. XD I'd love to see more people try and post what they actually were able to do in the moment! :D
One. If that. Depends on the kind of pushup really. If it's basketball pushups then probably upwards of ten, but regular pushups? Nada.
So it's been years since I did one so I might not be as good but it was to help strengthen our arms and hand eye coordination. Pretty much it's like a pushup but instead of being on the floor, your hands are on a basketball. The ball has the constant risk of rolling out from under you and causing you to fall. There are even other versions using a basketball for each hand, having a basketball under your feet rather than yours hand, having basketballs under both your feet and hands, etc. I was pretty decent at those.
