Just wondering though, how do you know Natisha and Min are part of the trapping trio? I keep re-reading the post and only find a reference the the skrelp.

They suggest Min is the ringleader and Natisha and Hunu are his goons. So it seems like they would all be involved.

Caagu the Numel needs to be diplomacy'd on, and then escorted to a lock. Madder is on 3 Sanity, so it boils down to which of the two of us can be more easily replaced tomorrow, Laura. Diplomacy and Escort/Protection peeps, what are you guys up to during tomorrow's day cycle?

Caagu the Numel needs to be diplomacy'd on, and then escorted to a lock. Madder is on 3 Sanity, so it boils down to which of the two of us can be more easily replaced tomorrow, Laura. Diplomacy and Escort/Protection peeps, what are you guys up to during tomorrow's day cycle?

We have to be careful though. If I use exorcism right now I'll probably be captured by other stalkers. So one of you should probably do it.

Ultimately, my personal thoughts say Laura. I don't want to assume that we can casually allow Madder to Exorcise if there are any other ways to raise the Stalker's awareness of us, AKA Dark Event 2. Also, as Diplomacy costs no sanity, Laura can actually remain active until she needs to do anything other than Diplomacy, which is considerably more flexible and also doesn't involve others needing their actions to rescue Madder.

Someone needs to use Diplomacy on Caagu, or get a good rapport with them, and only after that will someone be able to Escort Caagu to that lock we want to take them to. I've got a bee (Beedrill?) in my bonnet about getting this done tomorrow because I don't feel like Caagu getting killed, which will make opening that lock cost more turns than it ought to, and I don't feel like having to waste a night action on protecting Caagu again.


TL;DR we need to queue up someone who's not Laura to use Diplomacy or get a good Rapport with Caagu right away tomorrow, or have Laura use Diplomacy on Caagu, have me do the exorcism, and have someone replace me on Escort duty.

I think we are in less need of Escorters than we are Diplomats (and push come to shove Laura can be an Escorter if she doesn't need to use Diplomacy), but with how few of us are left active, the honest truth is that we might as well consider Caagu's removal of those locks to be a multi-cycle process.
