This should work, but I went over the logs and there was a trap in the area. Katzu isn't healthy enough to take damage from that trap, though, so I need to ask the Emolga and/or the Flareon if there's any way to know the trap's disarmed.

Sweet cripes, for some reason I thought I was looking at your health rather than your sanity!


This doesn't necessarily disqualify you, as nothing we've run into - including a literal dead-on Stalker confession - has cost more than two points of Sanity. So... it should be okay? Does anyone else want to weigh in on whether this is (or isn't, which is where I'm leaning) an unnecessary risk?

You're a bit worried that Nightlust has planted some kind of seed of evil in Katzu, but so far, you haven't detected any kind of inner Stalker presence on Katzu.

There are things about Nightlust that definitely aren't along the lines of "what would Jesus do," this being one of them.

I agree with your first point, but not your second. With so few of us, we need to be as efficient as is possible - Rapport->Escort->That stupid door is open, and then my night cycles are free.


Let me see what the other Escorters think of all this. @Bulbasaur, @Chibi Altaria, @azura evley, @Shruikan, and Aurimas (since you've already been mentioned), thoughts?

Kames might be able to get a good rapport with Caagu, too, so I'll drop them a line. @Spiderc, thoughts?

All of that said, bear in mind that the rapport/Diplomacy must happen before Caagu is Escorted if we're gonna pull this off in the most efficient way.

Sorry for the late reply, wasn't able to get on earlier. Do we still need me to do an interview to get the initial rapport? I have no issues going that route if so, but if not then I'll probably pick up the Udipheign mission since we know that one should lead to Stalker info.

This will allow you to talk an NPC Pokémon into using a Perk they have at a certain location or a Pokémon Attack. However, in order to do this, someone on the team would have had to either obtain a Rapport with them that is above neutral or someone with the Diplomacy Perk put that NPC into Compliant state. Also, you would have to know that NPC has the Perk available.

It sounds like we do need to have a rapport to start with. I'll admit, I didn't consider this before, but you're kind of a risky choice - your evolution stage dissonance might counterbalance your typing. And the Udipheign mission sounds really important...


Any second opinions here? I keep getting the feeling that there's a better way to do this, or that I'm missing something somewhere. And we haven't heard from all the Escort or Diplomacy people yet... ugh, this is complicated.
