While it would be nice to get this done during this next round as it seems like we're getting closer to unravelling Extol, who this is possible related to, it's not make or break at this point. :)

I forgot about Mustle's dodgy file thing. It seems to unrelated to everything else at the moment, I dunno... What even is a "vendor improvement" thing? I feel like he is kinda just a bad guy and not really connected to anything at the moment. But maybe something will become clear later on.

Man I realize how far we still have to go. there are what, 16 stalkers? (or is it 12? not sure) Eithre way we don't even know anything about some of them. Not their name, not how they kill, nothing. Where can we look for leads? Maybe we should form a searching team to attack entire multi-floor buildings at once like we did with destno housing.

@azura evley Velocity seemed to really want to get this Diplomacy/Escort thing over in one cycle, so I'd say go for that.

Actually, I dunno. Neo's latest post in the thread seemed to discourage Katzu - something to do with their prior capture. Gimme a couple seconds and I'll ask for some clarity in the QnA thread.

EDIT: Okay, unless whatever's in Macanan deals 3+ SAN damage, Katzu, or anyone else who wants to escort Caagu, is good to go. Sorry if I'm being a bit bossy/paranoid; my focus has come around to this pretty hard. XD
