I have to wonder though, why, in the police record, the victim was so sure it was a maractus. Cacturne's body isn't far from maractus, but still I don't think they'd have mixed it up. Is it possible Philter is an illusionist pokemon? Are there any Zorua/Zoruark/ditto pokemon? I'm not sure how they'd plant a seed but...

If Nairek is not Philter, then that makes Dominique seem pretty suspicious again...

Or, as I suspected from the get-go, the idea that having no brain at all makes for extremely unreliable evidence is dead-on.

Or the Pokemon was just wearing a Martacus-like disguise. Like, not everything they do has to be supernatural (re: Nth using gasoline for the kills). In darkness, and with little contact, such a disguise could look convincing enough.

Either way, Dominique and Mustle are basically the two top contenders for Philter. Again, hoping that Satia's place is a kind of Rosetta's stone for this mess.

Lita already found the "Eye of Braviary" at the police station... someone needs to search Silvercoal City Metro Station East, and we need to repair the door at the Runner Chemical Plant!

Can someone search Waypoint Manufacturing Plant? They might have the circuit board, one of the parts we need to open the Runner Chemical Plant door.

AH man you beat me to it! I had just finished writing all of that down when I saw this. Once again I've been beaten to it when it comes to being useful with decoding stuff. Well Madder's and I's notes for the event have been added to our journal with the translation in it as well for those who want to see it.

We just found the Wing Cuffs at the Fire Station where Rabukan works... are we thinking she is our Embalm??? Maybe someone should restrain her and question her about the dry cleaning and wing cuffs. Obviously more than one Pokemon could have wing cuffs but it did say they had a stalker-ish vibe...
