Quite honestly after that interview I think her husband is Philter. Or at the very least a Stalker.

Yeah wouldn't that be convenient for him. He's already planning to divorce her so he obviously doesn't like her. I'm not all to familiar with Cacturne's abilities but Maractus and Cacturne seem pretty similar, maybe he can grow those seeds as well. Plus he has access to the apartment. I think it's him.

Unfortunately I don't believe so. I would be willing to restrain him in a later round if necessary.
