Anywho, any places you people may need tackled bravely, with no regard for one's own well being? I mean, I'm sorry to any of the inhabitants that wished me to stay safe, buuut getting hurt in some way kinda comes with being a hero of any kind.

We are really being pushed toward Uru the Sudowoodo so I really think someone should search the outside of Summer's Moon Condominiums where he was seen. Then I will go in the drain at the Diadem building since it requires a small Pokemon. :)

I'm trying to think of a way to phrase asking her about the cleaners' without clueing her in too much. Maybe you can try and restrain her at her house, so you could either give us a place to search and/or a glimpse of her wardrobe?

I'm torn between that and Giphlin's Estate... I don't want to risk losing SAN points with Madder (IIRC) feeling bad and Laura a little hard to get a hold of. I'll keep my action in reserve for now - should I protect anyone in particular? I feel like we should be trying really hard not to lose certain Pokemon, especially those in the police department.

Also, Sarah, can you please update your list with "use Diplomacy on Elton the Grotle to figure out who the receipt belongs to", or something like that? It may mean a full confirmation on Embalm.

There was a "47" in the corner of the torn page, so I think you're right there. We need to find the other half.

A summary of places where philter has hidden her Diary entries/hidout/torn note:

Torn note - Destno Public housing complex floors 41-50 (A very impoverished and ugly place)
Diary entry 1 - (in the vine lockbox) Shalerich apartment building (abandoned, small and lower class)
diary entry 2 - Destno Housing complex floors 21-30
Hideout - Starwatcher skyscraper floors 81-90 (abandoned penthosue)

The pattern I see is that Philter obviously wants to live in a penthouse, but is accustomed with poverty-stricken areas. Our best bet would be to search thrugh places specifically described as extra poor, low class, and generally run-down and ugly. Probably and apartment or housing complex, since that's also a theme.

We need to do a look around for places Philter might be hiding the second half of their note, so we can figure out the 4 digit passcode. My prime suspect is (61) Windstone housing project, because it best fits the theme of the other places we found philter's notes. There are of course other poor places, but I think this one has a lot of potential. I'm planning to look into there once I search the tower where Uru's been hanging out.

Also we need to finish going through Ironrock apartments, since we never fully followed up on that clue from early on. I expect we'll find info on some instructor, but you never know.

Yeah on the cuffs being found at the fire station and the list of dry cleaning customers with wings including only Queloon the Tranquil, the skarmory, zansi the flygon and Rabukan. So it has to be one of those.
