They do count as final stage Pokémon, but when interacting with other Pokémon, there is only a rapport bonus if they meet with another final stage Pokémon, such as if an Emolga and a Mimikyu were to have an interview. ;3

Otherwise, they don't get any bonuses or deductions when speaking to Pokémon that belongs to a three-stage or two-stage evolution line. And Mega Evolutions still have the same interview rapport situation as their previous form did. So in Ciel's case, she'd still be considered Altaria for this.

Ah I see! That's why there was no stage bonus with Mr. drifblim. Well then, I think I know who I'll interview next.

Yup. Finished image will be on its way to our friend the Emolga very soon.

EDIT: And if the Braille puzzle hasn't been solved yet, we should be good to go on that front soon as well.

You only get one action per Cycle, yes. I know a lot of you are waiting around for the next Cycle to start, but it's always a good idea to see how other people's actions are going and to talk things out in the meantime. And yeah, there's a lot of players Xanthe and I need to go through, so hang tight. We'll get through them all eventually! :3

Oh good I don't need to figure out how to submit the puzzle (I did it on my phone and then screen shotted it when I was done). Anyway I'm working on translating the text since from what I can tell it's just a letter-replacement cypher. Assuming that's accurate and it can be translated I should have it finished in a few hours.

I would like to take a second to complain about fact that two letters are almost identical lol (first two letters of word 3, line 3, page 1).

@Bulbasaur Sorry I took your mission if you wanted to finish it! I thought since we only had 24 hours to do it and the cycles last 48 hours and we can only do one thing per cycle, that you wouldn't be able to do it. But I might be wrong about how that works...
