Done. I'm working on updating the partial key we got somewhere before, but the text translates as:

I'm not 100% sure on this one, but it seems to make sense. We'll obviously be able to confirm once we find more text of this language since this translation was a bit spotty with so few words to go off of

EDIT: Alright here's the updated key. As I said this is pretty uncertain so if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions let me know

'Mystical Beast' is rather annoying wording there. I can't tell if that's referring to Dragon or Fairy or even Ghost, as all three are in some way 'mystical.' I'd think they'd use something more like 'thought' or 'mind' to refer to Psychic types, but it could even be that on interpretation.

Nice job, also. Now we just have to find another holy artifact in pieces that we don't even know the value of. At this point, the conceivable strategy for most of the Stalkers we find is to Exorcise.

We may also have to concede that we may not have the most rock-solid evidence for our targets before we aim at them, like before. We're unlikely to get something absolutely damning until the late game for any suspected Stalker the way this is playing out, and by then it may be too late to really find them all. We're making progress but everything's in pieces and we don't even know any of the steps, except that we need a Spear and a specific Pokemon that none of us are.

Well, good thing I exist, otherwise Neo's grandmaster plan would have fallen to pieces and disintegrated into ash, and we would later see him curled up in an alleyway in tears and underwear, and nothing else.

That would be sad, and also very disturbing.

EDIT: AND YET ANOTHER THING TO DECODE! boy oh boy, this decoding business seems to be rather hot, but a shame I can't decode this stuff.
