Well, I'm going and searching the windstone housing project (probably going to skip the exterior) Since I did say I was going to go hunting for the rest of the philter note/passcode.
Two places that REALLY need to be checked out tough:
the trapdoor in Embalm's hideout in the electrical substation (needs a dragon or normal type with good sanity/security)
and
Oblivion's rusted cabinet now that we have the 5 letter passcode
