What are you looking forward to in 2017?

I know we're already in month two, but are there things you're looking forward to this year? Education, work, games, TV shows--anything!

Personally I'm very excited for Mass Effect: Andromeda to come out at the end of March, and I also really want to get Horizon: Zero Dawn as well. But first I gotta get a PS4, so I'm looking forward to being able to afford that! xD

I'm also looking forward to Orphan Black's season 5 (which is sad because it's the last season), and Westworld season 2 whenever that comes out. xD

I'm looking forward to finally handing in my thesis in the next couple of weeks! But I'm not looking forward to full time job hunting :P In the meantime I am doing some teaching at uni though. So I guess its positive overall xD

I'm looking forward to Game of Thrones (tv and book if its ever released :P), Westworld, Silicon Valley, Series of Unfortunate Events and Stranger Things, though I'm not sure if they're all out this year... And also the first book of Philip Pullman's new series which is set before and after His Dark Materials. Some of my fave books!!! I'm really excited about this one!!!

And finally I'm looking forward to starting netball again in a month and to getting back into all the hobbies I've been too demotivated to do since uni got intense. FREEDOM!!!!

@Pokemon Trainer Sarah You watched Westworld too?! HOW GOOD IS IT. I loved it so much. Such an interesting show. I have yet to watch Stranger Things but it's definitely on my list!

@Suicune's Fire I did! I was impressed by all the twists and didn't see any coming haha. I was so confused at one point and then bam, it all made sense finally! I decided to watch it cos its based on a movie by Michael Crichton. He wrote Jurassic Park! And I've read almost all his books. So I figured it was going to be pretty good! I can't really imagine what's gonna happen next though haha! Should be interesting, woohoo! I did find it pretty disturbing overall haha. Had to look away a lot xD but it's worth it!

Saaame. It was such a mind-boggle and sooo good. Oh right! Yeah I haven't looked into the original Westworld but wow, this one is done so brilliantly. My favourite is Maeve. Such an awesome character. Oh really? XD Yeah I suppose it was a bit disturbing in a few parts. But hey, nothing I haven't seen before. XD

There's a lot going on this year that I'm looking forward to, I've got a couple trips to Minnesota to visit my cousin who just had twins. A trip to San Diego at the end of the summer to visit some family who I haven't seen in a while. There's also GoT, Guardians, The Power Rangers Movie, I'm curious about Ghost in the Shell, and Alien: Covenant, to name a few off the top of my head. Surprisingly I'm not super excited for SW ep VIII, I'm still peeved at Disney lol.

Is Westworld that good? I've heard good things? But I went and Binged Man In the High Castle instead. Really good show, made me want to read the book.

Guardians of The Galaxy is the best movie ever, i am hyped for Vol 2 like a mad man on a pogo stick.

Eternal Darkness (an epic gamecube game) was revealed to be part of the new Virtual Console on the switch. And virtual console is going to be adding Multiplayer functionality. If ONE gamecube game is being added to the VC on the Switch, that means MORE GC games are coming to the VC. That means; MELEE HD CONFIRMED!!!!

Mass Effect: Andromeda comes out soon, I just bought (and am playing) Digimon World: Next Order and Tales of Berseria, Yooka-Laylee is out April, and around June the Crash Bandicoot remaster is coming to PS4. :'D An early birthday present to me is the Final Fantasy XII Zodiac Age remaster. WOOT. Oh, and the 1.5/2.5 remix of Kingdom Hearts for PS4. FINALLY I CAN PLAY THEM ALL. And then buy 2.8. And then KHIII. Also really want the Nintendo Switch but eeeeeeh...money. xD I know a friend who's grabbing it, though, so I'll be over at his place to watch some gameplay (and maybe steal it).

...I need another job soon. ;o;

Also I have a ten day cruise around New Caledonia at the end of March. Get to fly to Sydney and spend the day beforehand there, too. c:
