Uru is resting in the psych ward at Silvercoal Medical when you arrive. You are led through to where he rests, and immediately you see that his family has come to visit: a Nosepass and a Bonsly. You imagine that they have been here all day after hearing about the change in his condition thanks to Laura's abilities, but hopefully now they wouldn't mind giving you some time alone with Uru to discuss things with him personally. You know that you're going to need to approach this situation with utmost care.

The nurse who escorted you in begins to share your intentions before you get the chance, but thankfully Mahyen, Uru's mate, seems to understand and is more than willing to let you assist. She thanks you before ushering her son out of the room. The nurse follows, closing the door so that you and the Sudowoodo are alone.

The Sudowoodo's weak smile is the best he can manage; you can see that he is exhausted after days, possibly weeks, of internal torment. "I hear I have you and your, uh, fellow saviours to thank for my recovery."

He seems to appreciate your modesty in response to his comment, and continues, "Please, if I can help in any way, I am more than willing. I had this done to me..." He lifts his thin arms and scans his body, indicating to you his entire condition. "Now that I am healthy again - or for the time being, at least - I want to utilise my time to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else." He begins shaking his head as his face scrunches up, and you guess that he is picturing the incident that brought him to the hospital bed. He releases a pent-up breath and looks ready to tell you anything.

You begin by asking him about anything he remembers from the incident, and then you inform him that you have heard from a few sources that he was outside two particular apartment buildings, but you are unsure why. He nods at intervals between your words, looking ready to answer.

"I-I don't...remember much," he admits, looking ashamed. He binds his eyes closed before they pop open again. "I was in an alleyway, taking a shortcut home from my workplace, Valcon Glassworks. Th-that's when...she attacked." He stops, but only to clarify. "It was Extol. I know that much. I also have a theory that Extol is a female. Whether that extends to the Enthraller or not, I don't..." He shakes his head. "I'd been doing research, you see. I've placed research in locked containers around the city... I had to scatter them because she destroyed most of what I had. The only ones left are the one at Summer's Moon Condominiums, and the one at Cloudrise Tower." He scratches one of his arms with a green sphere absently. "That's why she attacked me. It happens to those who try to study the Stalkers. They get targeted if their findings extend beyond a simple thought."

"On the night of the attack, I remember...I remember a f-figure looming behind me." He begins shivering, and scratching his arm again. He keeps scratching. "Then I remember a voice. It didn't talk about my research, it just...said...i-it said I...had to say yes." He shakes his head, becoming lost in his memories. "But I...I didn't want to. I have...I have..."

His breathing intensifies as he begins twitching while he continues to scratch, then he flips a hard glare at his arms, his face descending into horror. "They're back!" he screams, flinging one of his arms out and slamming it into the wall behind him, narrowly missing you. "The creatures! They're under my skin!" he shouts, his voice straining as he scratches harder, then throws the blanket off him and begins attacking his legs in an attempt to fight off whatever he believes is infiltrating his flesh.

You take a few steps back, at a loss for what to do as the nurse on standby rushes into the room and tries to subdue him by force. The Rock-type screams, flailing about before the nurse is able to inject him with a special needle designed for rocky exteriors. It takes a few seconds, but the Sudowoodo's motions slow to a stop, and he melts into the bed, once again unconscious.

Mahyen rushes back in, shouting in protest as she sees the state of her mate. She breaks down into tears, trying to wake him despite knowing that he has been subdued.

The nurse advises you to leave, telling you she hoped that you got what you came for. You aren't too sure what of the information he divulged you can use, but you are thankful nonetheless. After you exit the room, you see the lone form of a Bonsly standing in the hallway. His face is a mix of fear and curiosity.

"Is my daddy better?"
