After Sam's report of finding something unsettling on the 74th floor, you're not quite sure what to expect, but you brace yourself for anything. You are hoping it's not quite as bad as you're expecting, but only time will tell.

As you arrive before the abandoned Starwatcher Skyscraper, you see for yourself how a few bad legal cases and greed can ruin what could have been a very profitable investment. Instead, this worn and neglected towering building only continues to fall further and further into disrepair one day at a time.

You take the graffiti-slathered elevator up to the 74th floor. It's a long ride up, but it's not much of a bother to you.

When you arrive at the 74th floor, you see the same office floor in disarray, exactly as how Sam described it. But now, there is a slight feeling of strangeness in the air. The kind of feeling that implies something very evil was here before at one time, left its essence in the air and in the surroundings, and it never truly went away. Thankfully, whatever it was, it's not here anymore. At least most of it isn't...

Searching throughout the floor, you eventually come across the desk that Sam had reported. As you take a closer look, the drawer is indeed fully jammed with the dysfunctional lock now keeping it shut. Picking the lock could have been an option, but in this case, you decide to completely dismantle it to see what's inside. But you have a bad feeling about it considering the drawer is whispering. You feel as though breaking this thing open is like ripping open Pandora's Box, but nonetheless, you decide you're strong enough to deal with whatever this dark thing is.

You use your repair skills to grip and brace down into the tumbler mechanism of the lock and then strip the fasteners to break down the tumbler components into separate pieces. With the lock tumbler broken down and separated from the main assembly, the lock is no longer a problem and the drawer slides open.

Inside, you see a dark, blood-red colored, leather-bound book with the title:

TESTAMENT OF WAR

W̶̛̯̣̆̍A̢̻̬̤̖̣̩͋̅̐̿R̴̢̭̹̣̪͉̭̟ͨ̎ͨ͌̋ͭͬ̉

You reluctantly remove the book from the drawer, and suddenly a sick vision rushes into your head in the form of a ḍ̛̛͠a͕͕͕̗r̴̲͘͝k͎̙͠ ̫̜͈̜̕͞ḥ̡̨͙͕a͉͈̯̤ͅļ͚̠l͏̗̲͈̲̰̭̤u͇̪̬̖c̱̤̥͟i̵̢̻͖̮͜n̶ ̹̲̤̤̗̦a͏̺̜͉͇͚̖̹t͖̦̲̠̪͘͜i͇̮o̲̯̺͎͢n̛̠̖̪͚̝̥ͅ.

Combat, bloodshed, and vicious, murderous battles fill and flush your mind. You see visions of Pokémon fighting for their lives in an endless arena of warfare.

Sarah has suffered 1 point of damage to Sanity.

You shake off the dark influences for now, but they still bother you quite painfully as you take the book away from this place...

Item [Testament of War] #Infernal Presence# (Deals one damage to Sanity) has been added to the Team Inventory.

You decide to head out of this building, still trembling a bit as the whispers of war still follow you and occasionally sting into your mind with screams, slashing, and burning...
