That's generally better for sore throats and tackling mucus. Unfortunately, it doesn't do too much to solve colds, though.

Also, you can't take Mucinex and Nyquil at the same time, as they both contain Dextromethorphan HBr. You kind of need to decide which one is bothering you more and take only the drug that best targets it. That, and just drink a lot.

The first time I went to a Con with my friends I had lost my voice and was coughing up a storm. The next day a few of them went to Wal-Mart and came back and threw MucineX at me and said "Here take this and shut the f--- up so we can all sleep." because I was doing nothing but coughing all night. It has worked wonders for me ever since.

My problem is I have ringing of the ears and being somewhere quite drives me nuts. And it has to be either relaxing, some form of techno/electronica or classical. I grew up on classical music and would listen to it in the car when Mom would drive me to Grandma and Grandpa's every day.

I can sleep to any music if i like it lol. So i can even sleep listening to AC/DC or Metallica or something XD
Recently i have been listening to Pokémon Parodies, mostly NateWantsToBattle.
Also, there was a time were i listened to the Japanese Lavender Town while sleeping... All those headaches...

I've never really listened to music when trying to sleep. I prefer quiet. xD Although when I go camping with my dad and he snores really loud, I kind of wish I had some music ~_~
