Yeah, I'm not a fan of the whole job hunt thing. Everything I find on company websites is usually Senior Manager, Director, or some high-level crap like that. I try for the Associate Director stuff, but most of the time those things are a long shot. Any place that requires 10+ years of extremely specific experience is really a joke.

What's really comical is an "entry level job" posting asking for 3-5 years of experience. Oh HR, whatever stuff you've been snorting off of the table really isn't good for you.
