Places I'm looking at are approx Ł350-400 a month (without bills) and I'm earning Ł800-1000 a month. Only on minimum wage, but I'm doing a ton of hours (40+ a week). Fortunately rent around here is pretty cheap as it's not a glamorous city, similar places in London would cost at least 3x as much.
