As for me, I think I need more RAM and newer graphics cards. Otherwise... I'm not going to be able to play all those newer games that are going to be coming out. :x
Windows. And yeah, I just upgraded the RAM on my main computer. It was severely lacking (2 GB). It also probably needs a new graphics card, so I should get around to that...

OUCH. I have 16 GB and here I'm thinking that's not enough. I'm also running dual NVIDEA GeForce GTX 550s and I'm thinking it might be time to swap those out for something more powerful.

Oh jeez. I'd be fine with 16 GB for like five years. XD I have 8 GB of RAM now.

Yeah, I'm thinking the RAM might still be okay, but some of the more newly released games (Fallout 4, XCOM 2) play out kind of sluggishly on my computer (need to be on the lowest settings and they still have framerate issues). Older stuff runs perfectly fine, though.

Ah yeah. I don't have a ton of new games. Game like Skyrim still need to run on low settings on my computer. D:

I might just stick with Indie games for a while or replay some of the older games I might not have finished. Lately, the newly released games have been very hit or miss. Star Wars Battlefront, to me, was a huge disappointment and I had high expectations for that game. XCOM 2 is brutally hard and I know the creators pride themselves on making that game heinously difficult, but that doesn't make it fun (not to mention you could be a master at that game and still lose because of things beyond your control).

Besides, there are plenty of great games that don't rely on graphics to be good.

No yeah, I whole-heartedly agree about there being great games that don't rely on good graphics. Older games that are still fun reflect this, I think.
