Pokemon 20th Movie to get International Release

Pokemon is going to be hitting the big screen once again!

Those who wish to see the latest Pokemon movie can now do so by going to their local theater. Fathom events will be hosting a two day screening of Pokemon the Movie: I Choose You.
Pokemon the Movie: I Choose You is a retelling of Ash and Pikachu’s first journey together. It has some new characters who join Ash and Pikachu as they search for Ho-oh. The movie may lack some characters but overall it is an enjoyable movie that old and new fans can enjoy.
Below is the description of the movie:

“Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!” is an origin story highlighting Ash and Pikachu’s first meeting and their adventures as they search for Pokémon Ho-Oh. The pair encounters familiar faces along the way, with new characters including trainers Verity and Sorrel, and the mysterious new, mythical Pokémon, Marshadow.

No theaters have not been listed to show the movie. You can watch the movie in theaters on November 5th and 6th.

Let me say this now...

This is a great movie and something worth watching if you are an old or new Pokemon fans. Do not worry about it not having Misty or Brock in it, the addition of new characters or the fact that they put in two new characters, will most likely not have the old voice actors or retold Ash and Pikachu's story in a different way. The movie is pretty good to watch. It is a cute Pokemon movie that gives back to the old fans and something nice to the new fans. If you can watch this movie on the big screen then do it.
