Hundreds of people came to Anaheim, California but only a few left with the time of champion.

The Pokemon World Championships took plays this weekend from August 18th to 20th. Pokemon trainers from all over the world came to battle in the TCG, Video Game and Pokken Tournament. All of this to earn the title of champion.
This year’s Worlds ended the season that had players work for their invite. Each competitor was great in their own right and deserve their spot at Worlds. Below are the ones who took the crown as champions in the Juniors, Seniors and Masters for TCG, Video Game and Pokken Tournament.

Masters: Diego Cassiraga from Argentina (Gardevoir)

Juniors: Nicholas Kan from Australia (TEAM)
Seniors: Juyoung Hong from South Korea (TEAM)
Masters: Ryota Otsubo from Japan (TEAM)

Hisaharu ‘Tonosama’ Abe from Japan
