Breloom are unlikely to be furry; they're mushrooms. I don't know, but I think Neo thought far enough ahead to predict that conversations over what would and would not be constituted as beige would have a valid solution we could actually check for accuracy. I'm not so sure on this one, though, as beige isn't a color in the PokeDex... But I'm positive that Leafeon and especially Breloom do not have fur at all.
I will admit, it's annoying to deal with a color that has at once been described as almost any given tint of color that's really, really pale, and only kinda focuses on 'sandy brown.' I can see the logic behind almost all of those, to be honest.
