Continue searching Silverdike--Floors 1-5

You head to the old Silverdike factory, but during the day this time. As you can see, the Silverdike Manufacturing factory looks a lot more welcoming during the daylight hours. It being an old factory may look a bit creepy during the night, but now, it seems perfectly normal. You decide to head inside today and take a look around the first five floors.

This morning, there's a lot of activity at the factory and you can see there's a lot of assembly work being done to create the automotive machines and vehicles the company is best known for. As you can see, a lot of what the company does is assembly work. The engines, axels, transmissions, and other components are from another manufacturer entirely.

On these first five floors, most of the space is occupied by large assembly lines as well as testing and welding stations. There's hundreds of steps involved just to make one vehicle and most of them take a long time to complete. Along the assembly lines, there are also checkpoints where the vehicle components need to be tested. Engines are calibrated, electronics are tested for functionality, and machine parts are give a test run to see if there are any defects or anomalies. Only once those checks are completed do the unfinished vehicles move on to get the next stages of assembly done.

You check some of the main factory floor offices along the side, and as you search around in one office in particular, you notice things seem a little fishy. Papers, clipboards, and drawers are thrown about wildly, as if someone was searching for something but couldn't find it. You look around, wondering what they might have been looking for, but then you look up and just barely hanging over the edge seems to be a glint of metal. You wonder if this is what the intruder was looking for.

You'd like to check it out yourself, but the ledge is too high and it definitely looks like they didn't keep a Pikachu like yourself in mind when they designed it. But then again, considering the height of the officer chair, desk, and drawers, this was an office for a larger Pokémon.

You decide to try and search the rest of the fourth and fifth floor, but nothing really seems too unusual. Activity at this particular factory seems to be pretty normal and you don't see too many Salker-related burdens affecting this particular facility.

You decide to head back, wondering if one of the other Emissaries could look into taking a peek at that shelf ledge.

You decide to take a break today. Given some of the things other Emissaries have had to deal with lately, you decide to play it safe and make sure those creepy, cloudy thoughts are pushed out of your mind entirely. You find a nice, unoccupied bed at the Emissary base and you decide to climb in and pull the bedsheets up to your chin.

It's nice and quiet here and seems to be the perfect spot for a long and cozy rest under these soft and warm bedsheets. You close your eyes and let the serenity of sleep take you away for a while.

When the night comes again, you'll be ready for it.

I'll search (27) Southwarren Water Pumping Station

You head to the Southwarren Water Pumping Station in the far southeastern side of town, where this is the town's main source of clear drinking water. The building is pretty new and hasn't seen a whole lot of wear and tear. You can also tell that there used to be an old water pumping station here but it seems like it was torn down not that long ago and replaced by this new one. Judging from the looks of everything else in the area, you're hoping the town doesn't stop there and gets rid of some of these older, condemned buildings to replace them with new ones.

You search around the outside of the dark gray building and you notice there's gray pipes just about everywhere. Most of them are fairly large, but there's a whole network of them weaving in and out like a bowl of metal spaghetti. There also seem to be a lot of valves as well.

By one cluster of pipes, you find a piece of a ripped yellow leaf, snagged on one of the protruding spigots. Upon taking a closer look, you're pretty sure it belongs to a Pokémon. Who in particular, you're not sure, but you're quite sure it doesn't belong to a tree. You decide to wrestle the leaf out and you take it with you for Tashy's testing.

You then search in the interior. From the looks of things, not too many Pokémon work here. Every now and then there's a maintenance personnel, but most of the station seems to be automated and was already calibrated to function during the station's initial installment.

You also see even more gray pipes on the inside. They come out of the floor, the walls, the ceiling, and just about anywhere. You find plenty of other machines that you're not quite sure what they do, but you figure they keep the water running and purified to be sent throughout all of Southwarren.

Toward one gray cluster of pipes, you find something really odd. It looks like a strange, shaped rock. You take a closer look and it almost seems like it's the head of something. Wondering what this might be, you turn it over to fully inspect this strange object.

You turn it over, really not wanting to look at it again, but you're convinced some Stalker thought no one would ever notice this infernal, unholy thing hidden here. You decide to take it with you, though you take special care not to look at that face again.

You search through the rest of the water pumping station, but you don't really see too much else that raises any alarms. You decide to head back for now and prepare for tonight with the new things you have found today.

You track down Kanja's living space to her apartment in the Sandwoods Apartment complex. During the day, Pokémon are coming and going from here and you move among them through the hallways like one of their own. Among them, you are a shadow with a mission. And they don't suspect a thing.

You find and then break your way into Kanja's apartment, ripping the lock right off the door. Everything is still and silent for now, like the whispering winds before the hurricane. You find her sleeping in her bed, but then she awakens, looking drowsy.

"Oh, it's you," Kanja replies as she sits up, looking groggy. "I'll ignore that intrusion if you Emissaries tell me what-"

But then your hands flare with a white, powerful, evil-destroying energy. Kanja... no, the Enthraller RttnCrps realizes you're not here for questioning or to be tricked by her lies. You're here to ANNIHILATE her.

Kanja's Kecleon body suddenly jolts awake and becomes completely deranged, twisted, and foul like a macabre nightmare zombie. Her screams are unholy and it's clear the puppet disguise is now off. This is the Enthraller you've come to purge.

"ThIs'Ll bE thE LaSt MiSTaKe YoU EvEr MaKe, YOu W̨̩̥͕̱̘̭̺͆ͪ͊̌ͤͭͣ͞r̶̯͕̦̜͖̝̞͍̜̿̑̒ͩͥ̈ͯͦ̚͜e͆̈ͫ͊ͬ̽͋̒͏́͡ ̝͇̥͚̯̤̺͓̙ț̸̨̪́ͬ͐́͌̇̊ͣ̋C̱̝̽͗̆͊̀ͣ̓̚͞H̢͍̖̘̹ͤ̆̇ͫ͐̌̑͂̆ ͈!!" She barks at you with fiendish adrenaline.

Fighting her intimidation, you concentrate on eradicating every last trace of this grotesque Enthraller. Her lies, her misleading and undermining the Southwarren Police Force's efforts, her working against the Emissaries... that all DIES today. Your holy, dispelling light latches onto RttnCrps and starts to burn her, but you know that's only just the beginning. You need to obliterate every last trace of this bastardly horror until there's not a single damn thing left of it.

The apartment bedroom goes dark, cold, bloody, and unholy as RttnCrps uses Kanja's tortured and mislead body in ways that shouldn't be possible for a normal Kecleon to do. She races along the walls, ceiling, and tries to vomit black, shadowy acid at you, but you barrel roll out of the way, grit your teeth, focus your attention, and just continue to BURN her as hard as you can. She howls as her dark soul continues to sizzle, unleashing the most unholy smell you can imagine. But you don't stop. You refuse to stop.

She shrieks and tries to bury her foul, hateful nightmare into your head. It is clear the Enthraller bitch RttnCrps isn't satisfied enough with making Kanja her puppet and using one of Southwarren's own police officers to kill innocent Pokémon. She tries to í̻̳͉̼̦̘͂ͮͧ͜n͕̊̏ͤ͗̓͑́ͅf͚̔ͣ̾͒͐̉͢ȅ̳̭̹̃̔̀ͨͥ͢s̒̋̍̅͌͏t ̘ ͓͉͖̤̽̚͡y̷͍̼͋̓̋̅̉͗o̼̼̎̒͂ͧ͛́ư̝̹͔̈́ṟ̀̾̚ ̟͖͓͡m̡͉̳̗͙ͦ̑ͭͩ͗ͪin̮̜̥͕̽ͬ̑̋d̫̻͍̳̠̎, and for a moment, it latches on and suddenly screams into your soul.

It screams, it burns, and it blurs reality into obscurity for only just a moment, but you continue to fight. You expel it out like the infernal poison it is, and instead of growing weaker, you fight through it. You make RttnCrps burn some more for that, and you make sure it hurts. The screams howl louder, but she doesn't give up even though white, fiend-consuming flames are now eating and purging her dark essence.

"TheRE wiLL bE N̛̞̠͌̀Ō̆̌́t͈̠ͤ̐̾͐͆̔H͇̖͇͚̻̰̗͟i̟̞̪̙̘̮̰͂N̝̮̭̻̿͜G̼ ̘͙̳ lEFt Of YOU wHeN I'M DonE!!!" She roars.

Her darkness tries to infest the ground you're standing on. Her deathly attack tries to strike the floor around you, but you race out of way. Within an instant, the world goes black and suddenly all the windows shatter like a chorus of crashing. Despite the pitch black room, you continue to fight in the void, just following the white fire that's now surrounding RttnCrps.

Her hollow scream rages and roars from all directions at once. The noise suddenly strikes your nerves with a s̭̙̱̞̳̻̼ha̯͈̫͍̺d̙͙̥̜̮̻͔o̖̫͓̲̱̪͈w̗y ̮si̖̜̘c͖̘͉̲͙̹̜k͈͔̯ͅne̹sṣ̳ͅ.͈͓̫̬.̩ͅ.̻

But you fight on...

RttnCrps is now completely on fire. She still rages at you with an unnaturally-long scream and a voracious, soul-craving hunger. You... she wants YOU to be her last supper. For the long dark moment, she saw you as an enemy, but now she sees you as a b̷̦̟͖̯̹͓͡ͅà̘̞̲̻̰̙̻̳̜͢n̹̝͕̱̼͕̻̰̻q̵҉̢̞̼̳͇̝̝̝͙ų͓͎̥̰ ̥̘̙̣e̡̹̺͖͕ͅt͏̡͈̹̠.

You take one more deep breath and your hands are completely lit with the exorcising light that continues to immolate RttnCrps even further. You sweat, wince, and struggle, but you continue to let her BURN. With her shadowy aura locked dead in the light, she tries to thrash, throw the furniture at you, and howl, but you dodge, focus, and maintain the killing fire even as the apartment falls apart in pieces around you. She even grabs a hold of Kanja's police pistol and fires each round after round at you, but you dodge each bullet, barely evading the killing trajectory as the slugs bury themselves into the walls. After the last bullet in the magazine ejects, the hammer hits nothing, and like that, she realizes it's hopeless. With a simple click.

And then there's nothing left.

You shake, you fall on your knees, you quiver a bit, and you try to keep your heart from racing until it explodes. Your lungs burn for air, but even after all is done, you hear a voice...

"Unreal..." Kanja's voice softly echoes.

You look up to see Kanja's spirit, freed, shackles broken and now released from the grasp of her Enthraller and no longer a puppet of murder for Abyss.

"I don't know how you... but..." Kanja the Kecleon whispers softly to you, unsure of what to say, "...thank you... and... I'm sorry... but that... that wasn't... me..."

Her soul is saved, and is taken up in a glorious, hope-instilling light while you feel a warmth of serenity that is unlike anything you've felt before. Your head is still swimming with shadows and trauma, but for now, at least the fight is done. It will definitely be some time before you're ready to take on a fight like that again, but for now, you can rest.

Among these Pokémon, you are a shadow with a mission, and today that mission is done.

Alright! I'm going to talk to Jeddi the Bewear. Mainly I'm going to ask about yandil. Why Jeddi is always provoking him, What her opinion on the rumors that Yandil is a stalker (If she believes Yandil is a stalker, why is she provoking him so much?) Then I'll wrap up by asking if she's seen anything/anyone suspicious excluding Yandil.

You find Jeddi the Bewear not really hard at work in her cubicle. Yandil doesn't seem to be around at the moment, which is good, as it allows Jeddi to talk as much smack about him behind his back without him ever knowing.

"Well, hello hello," Jeddi greets you with a lazy, carefree smile. "Funny, usually peeps like you never wanna chat, but hey, different strokes for different folks."

You ask Jeddi her opinion about Yandil and while she's always provoking him.

"Pst, it's because he's a freeeeeaaaak," Jeddi whispers and then snorts with a giggle. "Really, Yandil's a creepy, work-a-holic freak who never has fun like... ever. Seriously, the dude probably doesn't even know when the Happy New Year moment hits because while everyone else is partying and having fun, he's probably inventing new work for himself. I tease him because if I didn't, gosh, he'd just be a zombie robot. I swear, the cardboard processing machines they use on the production floor have more personality than him. So, I pull a prank, tease him a little, try get him to think outside the box, you know. I'd actually be thrilled if he tried to get back at me with a childish prank of his own. Never does. Just keeps being his creepy bastard self, but instead reports me to HR. Psh."

You then ask about the rumors regarding Yandil being a Stalker. Jeddi shrugs, tilts her head, and just smiles casually.

"Maybe yes, maybe not," Jeddi replies casually. "He kinda seems way too busy to be a Stalker, really. Like killing another Pokémon would just take way too much time. I swear, Yandil is like the only Pokémon I know that could have died hours ago and would still be working... somehow. When does he sleep!?"

You then ask Jeddi about any other suspicious things she's seen around town or other Pokémon she thinks might be possible Stalkers.

"Huh, never really thought too much into that," Jeddi replies. "I did see my friend Buldaren the other day. He lives over in the Rubinelle Condominiums. Nice place. Well, probably too rich for me. So after we have lunch, I leave but I decide to check around the building and... heh, okay, I took a dip in their indoor pool even though I don't live there and wasn't supposed to do that. Well, as I was around there, I saw something really weird. There's a black-blasted door around the corner on the first floor where some dude or thing 'Nhils' lives. Weird name. They dug that name right into the door and it looks creepier than Giratina on a bad day. Never heard of Nhils. I even asked some of the other peeps if they knew who this weirdo Nhils is. They had no idea, either. Kinda weird."

"Well, that's pretty much it," Jeddi shrugs. "Yeah, Yandil's a creepy one. Makes me wonder if he's scared of me or something. Well, I gotta get back to... you know, doing stuff."

She then goes back to "working," although from a distance, someone might mistake her text-based online role-playing as having a work-related business discussion.

I'm going to take this second [Blessed Porcelain Bowl: <Empty>] and get some holy water going I this puppy. :3

I'll then check out this [Beige Fur] and see what the deal with it is.

Working throughout the day, Tashy focuses on getting the second bowl filled with holy water. She starts by filling the [Blessed Porcelain Bowl] with ordinary tap water, and spends a good few hours using her Seinaru to make the water pure and holy.
