You arrive before the Deckler Apartment Building, which from the outside, doesn't seem to be in bad condition, though it definitely seems like the first floor was supposed to be a retail space that was remodeled to be a residential space instead. You're not quite sure how that worked out judging from what you can see on the outside, however.

You search the outside first and the front seems pretty normal. The building doesn't seem to be in bad condition, though a bit of renovation work wouldn't be a bad idea. The brass doorknob for the door to the upper level apartments definitely needs to go. The gray brick walls aren't so bad, though.

You get to the back and you find there's a small patio area for the tenants on the first floor to have a space outside while the tenants on the second and third floors get balconies. The patio on the first floor seems quaint but comfortable, but what really catches your eyes is a well-sculpted statue of happy and content Starly perched besides a cheerful Pidove. On the bottom seems to be an inscription.

Nuno, the Starly of Salvation and Adria, the Pidove of Cheer.

Nothing really seems that strange about the statue, but you notice there seems to be a small hole in the chest of the Starly and a similar-sized hole in the Pidove's chest.

Objective {Two Birds Statue: Salvation Starly Hole, Cheerful Pidove Hole} has been noted in the Team Records.

You decide to search the inside of the apartment building. On the first floor, it seems like this used to be a small diner or bar, but was recently turned into a studio apartment. You have to say that the floor plan layout really didn't work out all that well, but the tenant, Deen the Timburr, is working with it the best he can. Thankfully, it doesn't seem like he is bothered by it, but he sure isn't going to show it off to everyone in town that his bed is the first thing anyone seems when walking through the door.

On the second floor, you find Jeddi the Bewear's apartment. You decide to look through it and you honestly wish you hadn't. It's a mess. It seems like she hasn't vacuumed anything for months and it just smells. Her bathroom is the worst out of everything. You find it remarkable that someone can leave something like pizza boxes in the bathtub and somehow get the toilet to clog because she was too lazy to throw out half a submarine sandwich and tried flushing it instead.

Her bed is more of a blanket pile than anything else with some dirty laundry mixed in. Meanwhile, the walls and the carpeted floor, which is disgustingly wet in some places, are badly stained and will probably need to be replaced after she's evicted.

On the third floor, you find this is where Nillian, Drisha, and Daki live. Their apartment is MUCH nicer and it seems like even though the living space is small, they make it a cozy and comfortable place to live. You find Nillian is a sports enthusiast while Drisha likes to sew and make clothing. Meanwhile, Daki the Starly seems to enjoy coloring and reading books. You can see that Nillian and his wife Drisha have been working hard to support the family.

When you search through Daki's small bedroom, you find a note left behind on her perch.

Message =Note to Daki= has been noted in the Team Records.

After making one last quick round through the building, you decide to head back and return to base.
