You decide to pay Caka the Scyther a visit to learn more about what it takes to Retrain a Pokémon and get more information out of them.

It appears Scyther isn't surprised to see you take her up on her offer, though she makes it clear her quick crash course is grueling and isn't for the faint of heart or weak of stomach. Nonetheless, you feel ready and want to know just what it takes.

Caka goes deep into telling and showing you how to entrap any Pokémon during a deep and thorough interrogation and to make them feel weak and submissive. She also shows you how to use the right body language to show that you're the one in control to make sure they spill their guts about everything they know.

She also shows you some interesting techniques to let your words take a psychological effect on the restrained Pokémon's mind in what she describes as "controlling words." You realize the process of Restraining a Pokémon isn't pretty or ethical, but it gets the job done and it serves as one case where the ends justify the means. You know you sure aren't going to get a whole lot of friends by using these tactics on Pokémon, but you'll at least get answers, especially from those who might be very stubborn.

Caka makes good use of every hour and you feel you've learned a lot through her. It really makes you feel hardcore and in control at the end of the training, making you feel like you can size up any Pokémon and get them to talk.

Congratulations! Quincy the Victini now knows the Restrain ability!

You decide to head back to base now with the training concluded.
