So I went to an asian grocery store the other day and got these awesome roasted green peas. They taste so good. But on the packet I noticed it says some of the food colourings added can affect activity and attention in children. o_O So now I'm wondering if I should even eat them haha.

I know right! It's this dye: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tartrazine

But apparently it's not that bad. Weirdly the product was made in Thailand but the packaging is in German. XD And I think they have rules about having to have warnings on the packet for this particular dye even though the study done on it wasn't entirely conclusive.

It's kinda scary reading about exactly what all these food additives are though. o_O
