I've personally found online friends to be the longest term friends that I've had. xD I've pretty much lost touch with everyone from high school and uni but I'm just not good at keeping in touch if I'm not forced to see them everyday. :P

This is so true. XD

I've known you guys for many, many more years than most of my other friends. And I find you guys so much easier to relate to and your personalities are so much more fun and understanding. Plus I feel like we just do more fun things together.

Totally! I still have friends I met on Neopets when I was 12. XD And one of my really good friends who I met when I was 15. We've lost touch a few times here and there but we can pick things up again like nothing's changed. It's great. I think having common interests really helps to maintain friendships. I've never really had that with real life friends, mostly because I was too shy to share my nerdiness I guess. XD

That's what it seems like now days at least. More talking with my friends online rather than friends here in town. I mean, I'm on OXR a few times each day as it is.....okay well a lot more than a few times xD

I've honestly only have internet friends. Being home schooled + living in the middle of nowhere + having some of the most antisocial locals ever is not a god mix for making friends. PXR & Flight Rising are pretty much my only human contact these days. :P

I lost touch with people from high school for several years and then something happened and a bunch of us got back together and hung out again but now we're back to hardly seeing each other again. Although Mikey and I hang out a lot still. He's the only one who's bothered to see me, talk to me or help drive me places since my accident and not being able to drive for 6 months.
