My mum loves real estate shows and we watch a lot set in the US. It's really amazing seeing the variation in prices. Sometimes people are buying amazing 4 bedroom homes for $150,000 and other times they're spending a million on a tiny apartment! I guess it's the same here where you can get cheap houses out in the country, but there are no jobs out there. So the US seems a bit better in that sense as there are way more cities.
