Oh apparently this round they have just given then it even for spinning a gym or putting in a Pokemon xD because it's Mewtwo's birthday. Interesting! I still didn't get one tho :(

Ah I see. I'm spinning gyms nearly every day anyway. I miss a few days here and there, but living next one it's hard to miss when I drive right by it after work. Sucks that not everyone got one. I wonder how they determine who gets one each time. Maybe you'll get one after the one your bf is at. Just be sure to spin the gym there and if something is there in place of Mewtwo for you. Then go for it! Better your odds :)
