I had a job interview yesterday... They said they really liked me but I was overqualified so I didn't get it :/

I reckon if you're overqualified then it should be your choice of you wanna work in the job. It was only a one year contract so it's not like they could be wired that I would eventually wanna move on or something.

Back to the hunt!

"Overqualified" is such a lame excuse. I've been hit with that before and it really makes your eyes roll...

Their usual reasoning is they believe you'll be bored with the job. So what? What job is actually exciting? I think that's their cover-up because you have more experience than they do and that will make them appear to be obsolete.

Yeah I hate how they do that. Deny you because you're "too" good for that position. It's like they want people that don't have good qualifications for some reason.

It's one thing in the job field that just isn't right these days.

I didn't know there was a pikachu! o: I just saw all the eeveelution ones haha. But yes, I love the sleeping plush! I also have some of the mini beanbag sleeping pokemon plushies.
