The Éire region: Discussion Hub

Project Proposal

A while back, I thought maybe we could create a region for our forum. Full of our own pokemon with their own pokedex entries all created by the members of this forum. Everyone would have input into how they would like the region to be, ideas for pokemon and any other things that need to be done. This would be a collaboration between everyone in the forum to create a region that we could then use in many different ways. We could use them in any comics we create, stories, art, competitions and maybe an RPG game or something using our region. It could be some way to set us apart from other forums too.
What we would need to do would be to:

• Create a basic idea of our pokedex, including Pokemon numbers, types, Descriptions. Along with deciding if we will have evolutions/prevolutions of existing pokemon, alternate forms of existing pokemon, regional forms or Mega evolutions of previous pokemon
• Split them between volunteers to create art, sprites, dex entries, possibly stats if people wish.
• Create history and legends surrounding our region
• Create a regional map, including routes and cities and generate art for it.

Extra things we could do:

• Any important characters such as gym leaders and elite 4.
• Create any needed designs, history and/or teams for the above characters
• Designs for the generic starting characters.

If there are any more things you think we should do, feel free to suggest.
However, this thread is just a thread to see how many were interested, to see if we could kickstart this together and create some buzz for it so eventually this could be a forum wide project.
If you would like to participate, post down below along with any suggestions you might have and if we can get enough people, we can start this up. :)

Collect the pokedex from the Éire region and conquer the pokemon league. Along your way you will discover many secrets about your region and may come face to face with fearsome legends. Will you have the skills to defeat Team ____, appease _______ and defeat the Elite 4? It's time to prove yourself.
