*Sigh* just gonna throw myself into another Rp...

Name: Keith Smith
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Power (If any): Forcefields
- Forcefields look like extra concentrated heat hazes. while still transparent, they give everything a motion-blur and a quite obvious to see.
- Forcefields are always flat, but can summoned at any angle.
- The forcefield cannot extend beyond a surface area of 30 Square feet. (so imagine 5ft by 6ft)
- Keith can create 2 forcefields total (one per hand) however their combined surface area must still be less than or equal to 30 square feet.
- While they are always indestructible, mental and physical fatigue make it difficult to keep up for longer periods of time.
- Forcefields cannot be moved, only released and re-summoned in a new location.

Appearance: Keith is a fairly well muscled, Very tan guy. Average height, He has simple brown eyes and a mess of black hair. Usually wears an unbuttoned blue plaid shirt over a plain black T-shirt and Blue Jeans. He gives off a country air about him, though that may be from his Kentucky Accent.

History: Keith actually moved to NYC only very recently. He's spent about a month in the city. He's originally from a mostly rural Town in Kentucky, Far removed from the problem of Any Foram powers. At least, until he start walking on air. Well, to be specific he was just making force fields under in feet, but the details hardly mattered. No one trusted him once his powers were revealed. Even his close friend distanced himself, though he would at least still talk to Keith properly occasionally unlike the other people his age. Whispers followed him most places, or suspicious and worrisome glances. It became very lonely, very fast.

For the longest time, Keith simply learned to live with it. He still had his parents, both of which loved him very much. They were very adamant about him never using his powers, but this was more out of fear for him than fear of the powers themselves. But slowly, over several years, the resentment built up inside Keith. Between the loneliness and occasional bullying, he felt trapped and resentful to everything. His mind was plagued with an angry desire to get away from all the hate and suspicion. Part of him still tried to simply hide his feelings, but they grew until that part that wanted to hit back, to run away, to just scream and shout and cry and make others feel the pain he felt just couldn't handle being held down anymore. It started small, maybe a snap-back remark or a threatening growl in return to the mutterings. Soon the problem grew. He started getting into fights. Hurting those who tried to pick on him. he refrained from using his powers out of respect and love to his parents, but he still fought and hurt others without them.

His parents, who had been looking for a miracle answer to their Son's problem, grabbed at he first hope they found. While Rumors that Keith was going to be arrested started to grow -none of the people who picked on him ever got in trouble- keith's parents discovered the existence of the Vigilantes and their heroic acts. His father managed to secure a job offer in the city, and neither of them looked back. In no time at all the Family uprooted and moved to the one and Only New York City, right smack dab in the middle of Manhattan.

It didn't take Keith long to learn why his parents had been so ready to move to New York of all places, but that didn't make him feel any better at it. For the most part he despised the City. It was polluted, dirty, and mean. Ironically, it was this last part that began to calm him down the most. No one knew of his powers here. (Not that he knew of anyway) and he could watch as people were just grumpy and mean in general, rather than having it all pointed at him. It made his problems feel sort of accepted, even if it was a mostly a baseless feeling. Still, he hadn't gotten over himself completely. He was still prone to back lashing sometimes, and had a very strong independent streak. The kind only entering a place where no one knows your identity while simultaneously shrugging off the hate and suspicion chaining him down can bring.

Personality: Very independent. Keith is a mixed up person, who rides between his emotions and his logic. Sometimes he'll be violent, sometimes cool headed, though never particularly trusting. He particularly doesn't like being told what to do, or how to live his life, unless its by his parents, whom he has a lot of love and respect for. Several desires commonly go through him, most of them connected to seeing other people being bullied. He has a desire to stop/hurt the bullies, but often he can't tell if he wants to do it to actually help the one being bullied or if it's just to get his own savage justice.A small part of him even wants to bully others himself (preferably people who thought they could bully him) though he works to keep that desire as small as possible. Overall, Keith has a strong desire to be free from the influence of others, to be his own person, but his feelings are very mixed as to what lengths he's willing to go to get that freedom.

Alignment (If any): Currently neither, though he knows about both and sometimes considers which he'd join.

Other: He likes to take walks and sing country music quietly.
