Name: Jonathan "Night Blossom" Miller
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Power (If any): Plant Manipulation

Appearance: On the outside, there isn't much that makes it clear Jonathan, AKA Night Blossom, is a Foram. He stands about 6'2", weighs about 180 pounds, and has a tan skin tone. He also has short brown hair and brown eyes.

He usually wears dark blue jeans, black sneakers with black socks, and a black hoodie over a white t-shirt. He also has a silver watch and a steel chain necklace. To any other person, there is virtually nothing that makes it possible to detect his Foram powers until he starts using them. He also doesn't show very much restraint in using them when it comes to combat situations.

In terms of physical attributes, he's stronger than most even though he's not quite the bodybuilder type. Still, in a fist fight, usually he'll win and he's not the type most muggers are going to go after simply because they don't want to end up with a broken nose and pulverized groin. And that's even without Jonathan's powers being utilized.

History: Jonathan grew up in Brooklyn, right on Parkside Avenue overlooking Prospect Park. As a child, Jonathan was always quite smart but never liked taking orders or following directions and he often questioned the authority of his teachers and the rest of the school faculty. As a result, his failing grades were not because of low intelligence, but because he hated taking orders from teachers and having to do assignments to prove he knew the material. On top of all that, he greatly disliked being graded. Even if he got questions right, he was stripped of his grades because he didn't "show his work" or "explain his answers" even though he was right. As a result, he grew up hating society that fosters this kind of garbage while his classmates, very often teacher's pets and butt-kissers, would be successful and would head off to ivy league colleges. He felt it was a "loser's world" and it caused his sarcastic and cynical nature to grow.

Jonathan tried to major in structural engineering, but again, while he had the smarts to be a great engineer, it was the schoolwork and assignments that he didn't care for. For the few he did that he actually want to do, he really excelled, but the others were things he didn't care for and as a result, failed simply because of incompletion from a lack of motivation, not because of poor work.

During his college years, Jonathan discovered his Foram power. He realized he could create and modify plant life, shape it, govern it, recreate it, make produce grow within just seconds, and many other similar vegetation-based powers. At first, he felt it was borderline useless and didn't have the destructive nature he was hoping for in a Foram power until he delved deeper into what he could do with it. He realized he could weaponize vines, thorn bushes, and even create neurotoxins. It also gave him unlimited access to create, harvest, and distribute what are normally the most rarest and most dangerous of plants.

With no hope of a career left, Jonathan got into the underground world of drug trafficking by becoming a supplier. His power allowed him to quickly and indiscreetly grow highest-grade marijuana and get it to distributors and dealers quickly without having to slowly grow them in hidden greenhouses. It gave him more than enough income, but it also meant there was no way he could settle down anywhere for too long if he wanted to avoid getting caught. Meanwhile, his ability to create extremely lethal poisonous plants like rosary peas and castor beans made him a sought-after resource by assassins as some of the accessibility to these plants is extremely difficult.

As a result of his trade, Jonathan is always forced to live on the run and be ready to go at any moment. Because of all this, he doesn't have too many physical belongings of great value that he can't afford to leave behind, but he's usually got plenty of cash and does money laundering when those opportunities present themselves. As time goes on, Jonathan has been experimenting and working with his power to create his own new and completely homemade types of plants, flowers, and vegetation for whatever he or his clients need them for. He can provide medicinal herbs and medicine, but due to the fact he doesn't have much of a doctor's background, he needs someone else to tell him what exactly they need for certain injuries. He is, however, learning through this and has gotten better at guessing which medicinal herbs and plants are more ideal for certain situations.

In the past, Jonathan has been seriously injured twice because of getting caught in the middle of gang wars and drug raids, but because of his involvement, going to a hospital was simply out of the question. After trying some more experimentation on himself, he realized his Foram power extends to his own body. He can turn himself into a humanoid plant form to mend over his wounds and regenerate, though this isn't a fast process and still takes a few minutes of uninterrupted focus which is usually only available before or after a fight. He usually prefers to go right back to being human to blend in, though if he anticipates combat, he'll actually assume a humanoid plant form to be ready to heal himself if he should become injured, though this transformation takes a few minutes.

In this form, he'll usually be wearing very large and highly toxic and poisonous flowers all around his body. Several of these, like the ones on his back and on the rear of his head are umbrella-sized while his whole lower trunk is surrounded by giant flower petals like a skirt and work both as clothing and as a protective covering body armor. Meanwhile, he wears a belt, wristbands, headband, and necklace of these same colorful but highly toxic flowers. Jonathan is immune to the toxins, but anyone attempting to fight him in hand to hand combat or with a bladed or blunt weapon runs an extremely high risk of being poisoned from them even just from touching a single petal with their bare skin. Some of his not-so-smart enemies have ridiculed his decision to wear flowers like this and look like a colorful walking flower bouquet, up until they realize the truth the hard way that he might as well be dripping with corrosive acid. Sure, he could have decided to wear thorns, briars, and cactus spines as his armor instead, but he finds it just a bit more satisfying when the threat isn't quite so immediately obvious and is actually deadlier. Not to mention he tried a cactus-like form and he was often unintentionally pricking himself. As a result of his tendency to take on this flower form, his nickname became "Night Blossom" among his peers and while he doesn't care an ounce about subtlety and doesn't care if his actual name is used, he'll use the nickname while others are trying to protect and keep their actual names confidential.

While he uses this "Night Blossom" form, those who are smarter will at least try to shoot him, though for Jonathan, bullet wounds aren't hard at all to heal in this plant/flower form provided he has a minute and isn't riddled with gunfire. His survivability in this form is much higher than a human's and he could even regenerate appendages that have been dismembered. Fire and ice, however, are much bigger problems than before, but usually the police and gangs aren't using these elements against him. However, he would have a bad experience with a Molotov cocktail if that was ever used on him.

Today, Jonathan is now part of Demon's Run to keep Foram powers protected. While his have been realized and mastered, he feels no one has the right to take the powers away from Forams that haven't realized theirs just yet.

Personality: Jonathan is often snarky and sarcastic. He may sound pessimistic, but in truth, not really all that much worries him as long as he has his Foram powers ready. He isn't too worried about the cops or anything like that either. He's been shot at, stabbed, and has been in places where all hell has broken loose in gang rivalries. He doesn't align with any gangs beyond payment, so when the Bloods and the Crips start shooting each other in turf wars, he just lets them do their thing while he moves off to the side in a safe area and lets them enjoy themselves.

He isn't very good with following orders, but if he can relate to the one giving them, chances are he'll be a bit more compliant, though he'll often want something in return or expect the favor to be repaid. He likes Amy a little bit and he'll be reliable to her for the most part, but it doesn't go much further than that. Getting him to do something he doesn't personally agree with is very unlikely to happen. If he does go along with a suggestion, it's only because he personally sees value to it and likely felt that way to begin with.

He joined Demon's Run because simply put, he hates the vaccine and the elimination of the Foram before they've even had the chance to experience what should rightfully be theirs. He feels this power is their right and if someone feels they can take it away, then Jonathan feels he should be able to pluck their eyes out and take their sight away, or rip their legs off and take their ability to walk and run away. As a result, he'll be out to destroy and wipe out any supporters of the vaccine and anyone that tries to fund it or distribute it. That's the one big thing that pushed him to join Demon's Run while before, he didn't want to make any permanent commitment to a gang affiliation beyond being involved with the drug trafficking and making sure he gets the money he wants.

Jonathan's attitude is that even if all were to go completely to hell, he could potentially survive with no money and no possessions.

Alignment (If any): Demon's Run

Other: In most cases, Jonathan's plant-based powers are similar to grass-type Pokémon attacks, though he does go a few steps further in terms of conjuring them. While in his plant/flower humanoid form, he's essentially like a grass-type Pokémon.
